The event integrated training, celebration, and entertainment, offering a diverse and engaging experience for all participants.
At an elegant and warmly decorated themed dinner, DAOSTONE’s leadership delivered a passionate address, fully acknowledging the team’s hard work and outstanding achievements in the first half of the year. During the dinner, the company organized a surprise group birthday celebration for employees born in August. As the “Happy Birthday” melody filled the room and a beautifully crafted cake was presented, thunderous applause erupted. Unlike previous years, this retreat uniquely began with a practical and in-depth emergency rescue training session. Professional instructors were invited to provide systematic training and hands-on practice for all employees on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), AED usage, and handling common accidental injuries. This initiative not only reflected the company’s people-first core values but also instilled a sense of responsibility among every employee to care for their colleagues and protect lives, building a solid line of defense for the team’s safety and health.
